$300,000 Challenge Grant Issued

We are happy to announce that a $300,000 challenge has been issued by Gary Wilson and his Wilson Thornhill Foundation.  It is one of those years folks – the economy coupled with the election year is something of a double-whammy for our fundraising efforts and we need all the help we can gather.  Whether it’s $25, $50, $100 or $250 or $100,000, your gift to Strive will be doubled – until we reach the $300,000 goal.

We ask for your help.  We are fundamentally strong in that we are debt free and have 100% equity in our fully renovated 11,000 sq. ft. learning campus.  However, we need program operating support. We need your help strengthening, sustaining & growing our After-School Academics & Arts program and providing stability to our students in a time when there is increased uncertainty and chaos in their schools.  Our kids come to Strive for peace, quiet and for the caring, quality instruction we provide them in our academy-par learning sanctuary.

Please call Jim Tetreau at 323.779.1064 or email us if you have questions about this challenge or our program in general.  You will find options below for making check, credit card, PayPal & Google checkout donations.  To make online donations of stocks/securities please call or email Jim for account information.  Thank you so much for your consideration.
