My name 
is Litzy . I am nine years old and my birthday is on February 10th. I am in the third grade. I have a really big family. My family includes my mom, dad, two brothers, and one sister. When I grow up I want to be a teacher. Teachers help children get an education.
My family is important to me because I need their help to take care of me. What I like about my mom, Alejandrina, is that she is a good cook. She makes good cakes and pizza. My dad Jose is nice because he helps me with my homework. My dad works in construction. My brother Jose is also nice to me. He and I like to play with my little brother Juan all the time. I also have a little sister named Alejandra. She is nice to me and likes to play with me.
My favorite sport is basketball because I get to bounce and shoot the ball into the basket. We have a team of five players. My teammates are Andrea, Lupe, Ashley, and Antonett. In basketball we challenge other teams. What I like about basketball is that it is fun.
My favorite subject in school is math because I enjoy multiplication. My favorite teacher is Mr. Tran because he is a nice teacher. When I grow up I want to be a teacher because I want to help kids achieve a better education. I want to work in an elementary school because I like working with little kids. To be a teacher I have to work hard and go to college. Teaching is important to me because I get paid for helping kids.
In conclusion, I like coming to STRIVE because they help me with my homework. At STRIVE they first give me a snack to eat and it always tastes good. STRIVE is cool because I get to play connect four with kids and I beat them. At Strive they let me play computer games like Mario. I like coming to STRIVE because the teachers are nice and I learn many new things.
